Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the total booking amount.
Partial Refund
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before check-in or in case of a no-show are non-refundable.
Modifying a Booking
Date changes made less than 5 days before arrival may incur a modification fee or rate difference.
Guests may request to change dates (subject to availability) with no additional charge if requested at least 5 days before check-in.

In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance issues, emergencies), guests will receive: -Assistance in finding alternative accommodation if needed -A full refund
